the site seems dead lately...

hi guys. Sorry i havent been around but i've had all of the following smashed together and let me tell you it hasn't been fun:ACT's breakups resulting in rogue BF's, CST's SAT's (both general and subject), and two AP tests everything in that order. i'm trying to get back into the roll of things so ill be posting a few replies randomly.

Hey. I know this is kinda random, but... is the rp'ing here modern or more like ancient greece?

Good question lol! I've made mine sound more ancient but i try to leave it open ended so it doesnt really solidify into ancient OR modern.

So no one really knows? Hahaha. I love that. It does make for confusion though.

I make it more modern with an ancient flare. Like all of ramseys clothes have an ancient flare. I always thought thats what we were going for....

Yeah thats what i do. When boo was here she said it was based on Percy Jackson so I guess it would be modern. I love the ancient too much to leave well enough alone though.

Ive never read that series. I have the lightning theif though. I just havent got around to read it yet

Its pretty good actually I'm only missing the last installment now (which i have yet to read) theyre really quick reads though you can tell it was made to challenge younger children

They're pretty good. ^^ I easily got into them, with my love of fantasy, magical, greek stuff. Go dyslexic adhd teenagers with divine blood in their veins! Woo!

I can't sleep. I ranted about my life to Steven and now my brain won't turn off. I keep thinking about how imperfect I am.

I think I'm going to go over to my poetry thread...work thus out in healthier ways.

And no one EVER composed good poetry at a normal hour it just doesn't work that way.

Maybe it's my insomnia. Can't sleep. I love the sun and all, but the night is just so much more... breathtakingly beautiful. I love the stars.

And YAY for half-asleep-written poetry! Kenzie, yours was AMAZING! Ngl, it is. I wrote some of my own. I seem to be inspired by dreams a lot. Dang subconsiousness... Haha!
