Full Name:Chasseur Rousseau (pronounced Sha-sur Roo-so)
Personal history:Chase was born in hiding after his mother denied his father her love. A very famous pair, Cassandra and Apollo are. Cassandra denied Apollo and he gave her a gift that no one would believe, litterally. Well, it's true Cassandra did deny Apollo but not until after she agreed to be his consort. We won't get into that, we're talking about Chase. So, here Cassandra is, about to be slautered and she has no idea what to do with her shockingly calm baby. Apollo, taking pity on the woman who denied him, takes the child and leaves him in the forest, not caring what happened to him. Fortunately, his sister, Artemis found the silent baby laying in the leaves. She picked him up and immediately felt the strong familial bonds, knowing that this baby was her brother's. The shock of red hair on his head, inherited from his beautiful mother, told her it was Cassandra's. Now Artemis realized that Apollo didn't want the small child, her and her nymphs raised him calling him 'Our Hunter' and 'Little One' but never giving him a name. He learned to hunt, and to live with Artemis. Being of Cassandra's blood, he receives visions and Artemis hunts by them, knowing their accuracy. Eventually she tells her little hunter the story of his life and why he grows at such an amazingly slow pace.
As they witnessed civilization appear in the modorn world Artemis finally named her son Casseur Rousseau, French names. She thought the language described his loving soul and Casseur meant 'Hunter' always signifying Artemis as his mother, even if she did not bore him. His last name, Rousseau, was reference to his red hair, and always smiling that's what his name became. He loves his mother dearly and strongly dislikes Apollo for leaving him to die. When cracks began to form about his name he shortened it to Chase to protect his mother's gift to him. Chase now goes to the Academy and lives there.
Personality:Chase is a kind-hearted individual who helps everyone he meets on one way or another. Skilled in the ways of his adopted mother, Artemis, his choice of weapon [when he needs to use a weapon] is the bow and arrow. Although he doesn't relish the thought of hurting someone, he will if he has to or if he needs to in order to protect another. His warm demeanor is very hard for many of the males in the academy but he tries to get by without incurring any jokes. He absolutely despises when he is the butt of any joke, especially his full first name and if you want to fight him, that's one way to do it.
