The Orange Tree Clearing [Julius]

Far away from the school, he vented his anger. With nothing around him, it was difficult, but that was exactly what he needed. He needed open space, with nothing to harm in his way. He just needed air, and a place for his anger to burn out. Had anyone been able to see him, they would have turned and fled quickly.
His anger was just about spent. He was down to plain frustration. It was fading, but he had over-exerted himself. He took deep breaths, drawing in as much of his environment as he could. He concentrated just on breathing for a while, the movement of air in and out a familiar experience. How it was now, though, it discomforted him. It had been a long time since he had been truly irate; he had forgotten how much energy it took. He forgot the strain it put on him…
It was several minutes before he was steady again. His thoughts were in order and his emotions were calm.
He had to return. He should be at her side, but… No. Kiron was there. He had to stop smothering her. Maybe just a message? A note? No. He gazed to the trees nearby… Orange trees…
